We are thrilled to introduce the Career Launch Program, an advanced, 20-week experience designed to help our alumni transition from training into the professional world of acting.
What is Career Launch Program?
Guided by long-time Esper Studio Acting and Audition Technique teacher, Deb Jackel, and Studio Director Suzanne Esper, this program focuses on industry-specific skills, advanced audition technique, and real-world exposure. Highlights include:
Scene Study with Suzanne Esper Advanced audition and industry prep with Deb Jackel Mentorships with working agents and managers Workshops with casting directors and industry guests Talk-backs with professional artists Staged industry presentations in NYC Digital presentation shared nationwide via Breakdown Services
Participants should be prepared to work both independently and in a group production format, engage in choosing material to represent them, and be prepared to develop a professional industry toolkit.

Who can Join?
The Career Launch Program is open to Esper Studio alumni who have completed our Two-Year Program and are ready to engage with the professional industry. Admission is by application only, and acceptance is based on readiness and alignment with the goals of the program.
How/When to Apply
Alumni are invited to apply near the completion of their training. Applications open mid-March through the end of May each year and are reviewed by program leadership. Selected participants are notified directly with details regarding scheduling and participation in mid-June.

We welcome agents, managers, and casting professionals interested in connecting with emerging artists trained in the Esper lineage. Industry professionals are invited to:
Attend a live staged presentation in New York City.
