Step

2

The Admissions Interview

Once your application has been reviewed and determined to be complete, you will receive a call to setup an in-person or Skype interview (for those outside New York). The focus of this interview is for us to learn more about you and your desire to pursue the craft of acting.

Step

3

The Admissions Decision

For the Summer Intensive, an admissions decision will be made following your admissions interview.

For the Two-Year Program, applicants undergo a two-step process. First, a determination will be made in an initial interview as to whether the applicant is a good candidate for the studio. If so, an admissions decision will be made after a subsequent meeting with a member of our Acting Faculty.

Step

4

Upon acceptance to the Full-Time Summer Intensive or Two-Year Program, the William Esper Studio is authorized to issue I-20’s for international applicants to obtain M-1 student visas. All necessary information will be provided by our Student Visa Coordinator.
