Returns & Refund Policy
For all merchandise sold by William Esper Studio, every product is made to order specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any of the following reasons:
- You ordered the wrong size, color, or variant.
- You changed your mind after placing your order.
- You no longer want the item.
- The item did not meet personal preference despite matching the product description.
- An incorrect shipping address was provided during checkout.
Please review all product details, sizing information, and your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at orders@esperstudio.com and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Once we review your request, we will work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost, arrives damaged during transit, or you experience another shipping-related issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with our fulfillment and shipping partners.
Please note that delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
Incorrect Size Ordered
We strongly encourage customers to review the size chart provided on each product page before placing an order.
Because every item is produced specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated once an order has been submitted.
